Provider-specific terms

Product-specific conditions that supplement the standard Atlassian Marketplace End User Agreement selected for QuotaLedger.

Agreement structure

These terms supplement the standard end-user agreement displayed by Atlassian Marketplace for the applicable QuotaLedger version. The Marketplace order and standard agreement control pricing, subscription, tax, and other matters they expressly govern. These terms describe the product's operational boundaries.

Service

QuotaLedger records and presents contractual entitlement movements derived from Jira/JSM configuration and events. It is an operational record and reporting aid, not an invoicing, payment, tax, accounting, payroll, or legal-compliance service.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate project permissions, organization membership, worklogs, request types, contract terms, and authorized administrators. Customers must review configuration, source events, period closure, and downstream billing decisions. High-impact corrections must use the app's audited adjustment, reassignment, close, reopen, or reversal workflows.

Availability and dependencies

The service depends on Atlassian Cloud and Forge. App-controlled service targets, planned maintenance, and incident handling are described in the support policy. Features and compatibility may change with reasonable notice; ledger-semantic changes do not silently rewrite historical entries.

Fees and licenses

Fees, evaluations, renewals, taxes, refund handling, and licensed quantities follow the applicable Atlassian Marketplace order and current listing. When a license becomes inactive, administrative mutations become read-only after the documented integrity window; source-event intake is not silently discarded.

Acceptable data

Customers must not place secrets, special-category personal data, payment data, or unnecessary personal information in contract names, rule values, adjustment reasons, or evidence references. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.

Support and security reports

Email support@callsiq.com or use the TechnofyStore support portal for product support, privacy requests, and private security reporting. Administrative and legal notices may be sent to admin@callsiq.com. Do not include credentials or full customer exports in ordinary requests.
